In this 45-minute session, I’ll help you identify what’s really keeping you from training pain-free—and what specific changes we can make by working 1-on-1 to get you back to your workouts confidently.

Wear clothing that lets you move freely.

Two possible outcomes:
1 - I think a different specialist should be helping you right now. I'll refer you to them.
2 - We are convinced that working 1-on-1 together will be the best approach, and make a plan on how to do this exactly.

As a continuation of your 1-on-1 Painkiller sessions, this membership will give you access to the Painkiller classes where up to 4 people work their individual program with a coach.

To make sure we are working on the things we need to work on, individual evaluation sessions will be booked to track progress during each quarter. This will happen outside of the classes, but is included in the monthly price you pay for this membership.

Classes run at the same time and on the same day each week, with the exclusion of red days and school holidays. All classes are visible on the Wondr schedule and will be booked for you. All you need to do is unbook if you can not make it. Wednesdays kl. 19:00 in Room 3.
